Dr. Stoglin earned a doctorate in Health Education from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Arkansas. She earned her Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health and her Advanced Practice Nursing from LSU Medical Center at New Orleans. She received her BSN from California State University at Los Angeles. She works in collaboration with Dr. Weiss, the Medical Director. Dr. Stoglin has experience in a variety of settings including: Private Practice, Addiction and Substance Abuse programs, psychiatric inpatient treatment, geriatric psychiatry, community mental health, public health, and academia. She also teaches the psychiatric nursing course at Grambling State University.
