Chelsey O’Neal began her career at Palmetto in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant. Due to Palmetto’s success and Chelsey’s professional growth, she was promoted to Intensive Outpatient Program Intake Coordinator in 2018.
As Intake Coordinator, she is responsible for inquiry calls, insurance verification, payment collections and scheduling admissions. Chelsey works with utilization review staff, business office staff, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of communication. When she’s away from Palmetto, she is busy raising her daughter, laughing with her husband, spending time with her family and friends, or camping and traveling.
