Frank is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Arts in Substance Abuse Counseling. Frank is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Board-Certified Counselor with 22 years of experience counseling the addicted population within the Louisiana Criminal Justice System. He has also provided counseling for combat veterans with dual diagnosis of Substance Dependence and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. Frank’s counseling methodology is based on a combination of Gestalt, Existential, and Rogerian therapy, with special interest in the holistic connection of emotions, cognitions, and spirituality.
